No, the cost of all field trips is included in the weekly tuition. This includes admission fees for zoos, museums, parks, and historic sites. Parents are responsible for ensuring children have any personal items needed for field trips, such as snacks or appropriate clothing.
Our teacher-to-student ratio is approximately 1:10. We prioritize safety and individual attention for every camper to ensure a fun and enriching experience.
Yes, you can choose which weeks to register for based on your family’s schedule. Please note that no part of any week will be prorated, even if your child attends for fewer days.
If your child misses a day due to illness or other reasons, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed days. However, they can rejoin the program as soon as they are well.
- All staff are trained in first aid and CPR.
- A detailed itinerary is followed for all field trips, and emergency contact information is always on hand.
- We maintain a low teacher-to-student ratio to ensure supervision at all times.
- Emergency procedures are practiced, and we comply with all licensing and safety regulations.
Lunch is not included in the camp tuition. Parents should pack a lunch each day for their child. However, two snacks are provided daily, including a mix of healthy options.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the selected week begins.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp week.
- Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Yes! We welcome families to tour the facility and meet the staff. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
- Drop-off: Begins at 7:30 AM.
- Pick-up: Ends at 5:30 PM. Late pickups may incur a late fee.
