Yes, we offer basic health insurance at a cost; and paid time off for teaching staff up and above the normal school holidays.
Staff also receive 50% tuition assistance for children enrolled at Little Mountain Movers (infant to age 5) and an 80% discount at Mountain City Christian Academy (K–12). For Explorer afterschool care workers, the hours are 3:30pm-5:30pm Monday – Thursdays and 2:30pm-5:30pm on Fridays.
