Connections Café

Fueling Community, Purpose, and Missions-One Cup at a Time

The Connections Café is more than just a coffee stand-it’s a ministry hub and gathering space where students, staff, and families come together before and after school to connect, recharge, and make a difference. Operated entirely by MCCA students, the café provides real-world experience in customer service, teamwork, and stewardship.

Every purchase you make-and every tip you leave-goes beyond the cup. Proceeds help fund ongoing mission projects and support various global and local mission organizations. See how much we raised this year!

Tips Serve a Greater Purpose

Last year we raised a total of $2,195 for various non-profit and missions organizations.

This year, all fall 2025 tips will go towards the Senior mission trip to Costa Rica.

Our paid students handle everything from taking orders and making drinks to managing inventory and keeping the café environment welcoming. Through Connections Café, students grow in leadership, responsibility, and service-all while raising funds that impact lives across the globe and right here at home. Want to get involved? High school students, 16 years and older, can apply to serve in the Connections Café as part of their student leadership or service hours. Training is provided. It’s a fun, hands-on way to make coffee, build community, and make a difference.

Have you always wanted to learn how to be a barista?! We certify and train volunteers so they can take their skills to the workplace. Email jparker@mcc.academy if you’re interested in volunteering as a barista.
